*1 - This is a Mystery Brewer Challenge. Entrants will get a mystery set of ingredients (details will follow ??) that they would have to use to craft a beer. These ingredients must be used to craft any type of beer. Besides providing a set of common ingredients there will be 1 special ingredient that all are required to use. Besides using the required ingredients all one must do is declare the BJCP type for judging. | ||||
*2 – Best Float Beer Challenge - Fun event that will be judged at our Summer River Float. Brew any type of beer if it is under 5.4% ABV. No BJCP Category - People’s Choice Voting only. | ||||
To Enter: Deliver two (2) 12oz bottles and two (2) 22oz bottles of your beer to Pete Ostner or Quentin Hodgson (contact info is in club newsletters) and pay the $5 entry fee either directly or to the club via PayPal (contact Larry Crabtree for information). Please attach a BJCP bottle ID form to each bottle with a rubber band, NOT tape. Please also submit a BJCP recipe/entry form. Thank you! | ||||
