You are invited to the first ever COHOmebrewfest!

This will be a brewfest put on for and by COHO members (plus CFA and Beer Angels).

When: Saturday, Aug 14th starting at noon.

Where: Glenn Millar's property, just past Tumalo.

What: Beer, food, games, and even a movie projected onto the side of the barn that night!

Glenn is allowing us to camp on his property that night, so bring your tent or sleep i your car.  In fact we encourage camping instead of driving back after drinking all day.

I need help from the club to make this work.    Here is what I need:

  • Beer - Kegs, bottles, growlers, etc.  We will have the Jockey Boat so we can serve kegs.
  • Food - COHO will provide hotdogs, but we will need sides and snacks.  Ice will be available for food that needs to be kept cold.
  • Chairs -bring your own.
  • Cups - please bring your own.  We should all have plenty of old Brewfest mugs laying around.
  • Pop up shade tents.
  • Games (ladder ball, washer toss, giant jenga, etc).
  • Help with setup the morning of the event.
  • Clean up the next morning.
  • Please RSVP.

Please let me know if you can help with any of the above items.

If you are planning on donating beer I need to know the following: How much (keg, growler, bottles), style, beer name, ABV and IBU.

Each COHO member will be allowed to invite up to 3 guests.  We will also be inviting CFA and Beer Angels.

The nity gritty stuff:

  • This is a private event on private property.  It is not open to the general public.  Only COHO members (and their guests) CFA and Beer Angels will be allowed to attend.
  • Parking is limited.  Please carpool.
  • Everyone is expected to behave themselves.  You are responsible for your guests.  Anyone not behaving will be asked to leave.
  • Don't drink and drive.  Either plan on camping or have a plan (sober driver, uber, etc).
  • It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that all attendees are vaccinated.  If you are not, please wear a mask when not actively drinking or eating.  Remember this is a private event on private property.
  • Donations to COHO will be accepted.  To be clear these are donations to COHO because you love us.  They are not donations for beer.  $5-$10 is recommended.
