Kate and Larry's Beer Bash 2025, June 12th-15th

Please join us for some of the best suds on the planet, lots of activities, and camp here if you want.

Schedule of Events:

Thursday 6/12:

• 830pm: Movie by the fire* (TBD)

Friday the 13th (6/13)

• 630pm: Basketball Competitions

• 830pm: Movie by the fire*

• • (movie TBD but being a Friday the 13th, Scary Movie seems appropriate)

Saturday 6/14:

• 2pm Beerlympics
• 830pm: Movie by the fire* (TBD)

*assuming fires are still allowed

A few notes:

• We will be raiding our bottle collection for sours, stouts, and barley wines. 
• • But we really are not into lagers, so if that is your jam bring that. 
  • We'll have some fresh kegs as well, beers, ciders, hop water, and nitro cold brew. 
  • Bring beer if you want to but there is no expectation for you to do so.
• don't fret if you can't join us for the entire time, we'd love to see you even if only for a for hours or so!
• There will be a movie each night, feel free to suggest some. Past ones include Slapshot, Beer Fest, Strange Brew, and Animal House
• There is a good chance campfires will be allowed, fingers crossed.
• practice your hoops, Frisbee golf, offroad bocce ball, darts, pickleball, ladder toss, and other gaming skills, we have all on site. Medals will be awarded for some of these.
• camping furniture (chairs, tables, etc) would be a good things to bring
• once we figure out who is coming and when, we'll figure out the whole meal thing
• • For breakfasts, casseroles and burritos can be expected
  • Thursday is a pizza party and salad
  • Friday we’ll be grilling up burgers, brats, etc
  • Sat we’ll be serving up pulled pork, cornbread salad, coleslaw, etc
  • Feel free to bring sides, etc for any of these
• This is the high desert, the evenings and mornings will be cool, a sweatshirt would be a good idea for the evenings.

• RVs, campers, and tents are welcome but no hookups available. You can fill your fresh water tank with our award winning CRR water.
• • if you do plan to stay here please bring towels and pillows
  • don't fret if you don't have camping gear, we have enough for a small army, just let us know in advance what you need

• Well behaved dogs are welcome but do beware, our property is not fenced, and there is no shortage of predators here including wolves (yes wolves), coyotes, cougars, and bobcats.
